Acceptance
By creating an AutoLife AI account or using the platform you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We record your acceptance with the policy version and date.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and be able to enter into a valid contract under Indian law. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, scraping, or attempts to access other users' data.
Estimates, not offers
Valuations, condition assessments and cost estimates on AutoLife AI are generated from the information you provide and reference data. They are estimates, not guaranteed selling prices, offers or professional advice.
AutoLife AI valuations, recommendations and insights are generated using available vehicle information, market data and automated/AI-assisted analysis. They are estimates for informational purposes and are not a guarantee of a vehicle's actual market value, mechanical condition, future resale price or transaction price. Please carry out an appropriate physical inspection and professional verification before buying or selling a vehicle.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for verifying any information before acting on it, including insurance, finance and repair decisions.
Service listings
Listings and enquiry options shown in the marketplace and service sections are provided for information. AutoLife AI does not guarantee the availability, pricing or quality of any third-party service.
Enquiries and partner sharing
When you submit an enquiry we share the details needed to fulfil it with the relevant automotive partner, only after you confirm. Any resulting contract, quotation, service or policy is between you and that partner; AutoLife AI is not a party to it.
Paid reports
Premium Vehicle Reports are unlocked only after the payment for that report is verified, and remain available in your account afterwards. Because a report is delivered immediately as digital content generated for your specific vehicle, purchases are generally non-refundable except where the report could not be generated or the law requires otherwise. Contact us if something went wrong with a purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful, misleading or infringing content, no automated scraping or bulk extraction, no reverse engineering, no interference with security controls, and no uploading of documents you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
The AutoLife AI name, logo, software, valuation logic, reports and content are owned by AutoLife AI or its licensors. You keep ownership of the vehicle data and documents you upload and grant us the licence needed to operate the features you use.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, data providers and pricing may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update these terms; material changes raise the version number and, where appropriate, we will ask you to accept them again.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoLife AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of estimates, third-party data or partner services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
